I had an amazing experience in Helnan Royal Palestine Hotel, started from the fast and smooth check-in with the very polite and cheerful young man Mr. Ahmed at the front desk, ending with respectful check out with the caring and generous Ms. Radwa. Mr. Ahmed offered us an excellent room (626), with a wonderful view at the Palace, the sea and the Fanner. He welcomed us in a very polite, professional and respectful manner. All the staff, Naser and the house keeping girls, Mahmoud in the Alexandrina restaurant, Mr. Amjad and chef Hassan in the seafood restaurant, the manager and supervisor of the Alexandrina restaurant was very helpful, polite and professional, Yomna in the Italian restaurant. I would also like to thank the 2 drivers of the shuttle bus who transported us to the Royal Tea island. They were so kind to my mother. All were professional, caring for us and very helpful. I can say, they love their work and belong to the company. They made us feel that. This is really very positive. We had breakfast, it was good and tasty with several variations. We also tried the launch, it was acceptable (fair quality). We had room service, soaps and cheese salad and we tried some deserts, all was very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel and I wish they keep doing great and that the current owner keep this impressive investment. Thank you for the memorable time you offered us.

We had an amazing experience at Helnan Royal Hotel in Alexandria. The property is beautiful, clean, and cozy, offering everything you would expect from a 5-star stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining options were fantastic with a great variety of cuisines to choose from. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria!

Good location in Montaza with easy access to beach. Plenty of space around the hotel for nice walks around Montaza Palace and what is left of Montaza Gardens. There is also on demand golf cars to take you around Montaza for a fee. All rooms have sea view. Good wifi coverage even on the beach. There is a nice restaurant (Zanilli) next door with live music on Saturdays.

We had a two nights stay over a weekend. The hotel is immaculate. It has a prime location overseeing the sea inside almontaza gardens. The place is clean and luxurious. The staff are helpful and professional. The breakfast is of good value and has a great variety between continental and oriental options. We had a room with seaside view which was more than amazing. The hotel has a small private beach, yet the water wasn't the cleanest. The hotel has a shuttle service which you can call to get you to and from the main almonzata gate, as otherwise it's a 15 minutes walk to the gate. The hotel will otherwise provide an entry permit to almontaza gardens, so don't pay a ticket at the main gate. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will indeed come back again when we visit Alexandria in the future.
